To return any product or to report a product as damaged, you must notify our Customer Service Department within 5 days of delivery. You may call us at 1-866-724-0111 or you can also contact us via the website by filling out the form on the right side of this page.

Return Policy

Before returning any product, you must get authorization from the Unique Designs’ Customer Service Department. No credit will be given for any damaged product until is returned and inspected. This policy is not a question of your integrity, but rather an attempt by Unique Designs to ensure that future problems with merchandise are not an issue and because we endeavor to provide you with the only best service in any subsequent dealings with our company. Products can also not be returned after 30 days of delivery. Although no refund will be given for any damaged products, credit will be extended on future purchases. We will pick up all items with the exception of closeout items. All closeout item sales are final.

The Unique Guarantee

We guarantee our product 100% less shipping charges. Refunds will be issued 30 days after merchandise is received back. If you should stop payment on a check, you the customer are responsible for returning the merchandise.
